Description Our client in the Banking and Finance industry is looking for a entry level Level Helpdesk Analyst for a long term project.
This role is needing someone with 1-3 years of Helpdesk experience. Strong communication and attention to detail are required. This role will be taking in customer support calls, about 40 per day, and answering tickets. This is 100% phone support of inbound helpdesk calls.
