Description We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager/Lead to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role is crucial in the telecom industry, where you will be responsible for defining project scope, developing project plans, and managing project resources. As a Project Manager/Lead, your focus will be on facilitating clear communication within the team, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to project scope.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments

• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources

• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration within the team

• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and implement corrective actions

• Track project metrics and report on progress to stakeholders

• Manage project changes and ensure adherence to scope

• Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team

• Utilize project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, etc.) effectively

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Requirements

• The candidate must have a proven track record in supporting Project Manager/Lead roles.

• Proficiency in database management is required.

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is desirable.

• Experience with EO/IR systems is mandatory.

• Expertise in Hyperion Technologies will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge and experience with IBM systems are essential.

• Proficiency in using 'About Time' software is required.

• Understanding of budget processes is necessary.

• Experience in working with the C-Suite level executives is needed.

• Excellent customer service skills are a must.

• The candidate must have a background in design or a related field.
