Robert Half Senior Data Analyst in San Antonio, Texas
Description We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team in the Hi Tech Engineering industry, located in San Antonio, Texas. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities. These include managing customer queries, maintaining customer records, processing customer applications, and monitoring customer accounts to ensure appropriate action is taken when necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize CRM to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit using a Database System and DB2 Database
• Conduct data analysis using Microsoft tools and AB Testing to inform business decisions
• Implement backup technologies to ensure data integrity and safety
• Use Business Intelligence (BI) tools to create dashboards and reports for various stakeholders
• Conduct extensive data analysis using Tableau, Tableau Desktop, and Tableau Server
• Operate Microsoft SQL and Microsoft SQL Server for database management
• Use PostgreSQL and MySQL for database operations and data modeling
• Employ data modeling techniques to understand database structure and create database queries, views, and procedures. Requirements • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role for a minimum of 5 years
• Proficiency in CRM, Database Object, Database System, DB2 Database, and Microsoft
• Familiarity with AB Testing, Backup Technologies, and Business Intelligence (BI)
• Ability to Create Dashboards and perform Data Analysis
• Extensive experience in Tableau, Tableau Desktop, and Tableau Server
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Strong knowledge of Data Modeling
• Ability to work in a high-tech engineering environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics or relevant field. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
