Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous Accounting Specialist to manage all aspects of our financial operations, from managing payables and receivables to preparing and analysing financial reports. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient with numbers.
Responsibilities:
Handle accounting tasks related to accounts payable and receivable.
Conduct detailed financial forecasting and prepare accurate budgets.
Prepare monthly financial reports and perform an analysis of the results.
Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure accurate record keeping.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all financial transactions are recorded timely and accurately.
Assure compliance and adherence to financial regulations and industry standards.
Provide support during external audits.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency with accounting software, database applications, and MS Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of industry-specific financial laws and regulations.
Solid problem-solving skill with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
