We are working with a non-profit organization in San Diego who holds internationally renowned events!
This opportunity will be suitable for those who are unemployed and searching for a contract to hire opportunity.
Reporting into the communications director for day to day administrative support.
Correspond with PR and Marketing teams for external communication release.
Monitor emails and direct emails to appropriate departments.
Assist with preparations for major events.
Act as onsite member for events and be responsible for any vendor requests that arise.
Draft social media and marketing posts.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Must have a Bachelors degree.
Prior experience with events is a plus.
Interests in marketing, social media, and event management.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written; ability to speak effectively and persuasively to groups and individuals
