Robert Half has a first-rate opportunity for a contract Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to join the team for a busy financial services firm Mission Valley, CA!
This is a contract position, on-site, in Mission Valley!
Your responsibilities in this role
Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents
Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies
Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners
Accomplish full-cycle A/P
Facilitate internal and external audits as needed
Carry out additional tasks as assigned
Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department
Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail
• 2+ years of AP experience
• High attention to detail
• Strong data entry skills
• Proven ability to communicate with different departments
