Manage and place incoming telephone calls
You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills
Customer service and office administrative skills
Practical knowledge of Vision Benefits
Strong familiarity with Superior Customer Service
Earlier work involving Pleasant Phone
Good understanding of Patient Access
Wide ranging experience with Inbound Telephone Calls
Proven knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOB's)
Resolve Customer Service experience required
Quality experience with Verify Insurance Benefits
General familiarity with Veterans Benefits
Dental Benefits experience highly desired
Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service
Well-founded grasp of Verify Benefits
Foundational knowledge in customer service
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
1+ years of past relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Excellent computer skills
