Your responsibilities

  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

  • Manage incoming telephone calls

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • 1+ years of past relevant experience

  • Superior Customer Service experience

  • General familiarity with Verify Benefits

  • Strong familiarity with Resolve Customer Service

  • Command of Call Center Customer Service

  • Background working with Verify Insurance Benefits

  • Practical knowledge of Veterans Benefits

  • Bilingual marketing experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOB's)

  • Customer service experience highly desired

  • Adeptness in Dental Benefits

  • Vision Benefits experience highly preferred

  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

  • Proven computer skills

  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

  • Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

    • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
