Your responsibilities
Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion
Manage incoming telephone calls
Receive and send written business correspondence
By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
Strong Microsoft Office skills
1+ years of past relevant experience
Superior Customer Service experience
General familiarity with Verify Benefits
Strong familiarity with Resolve Customer Service
Command of Call Center Customer Service
Background working with Verify Insurance Benefits
Practical knowledge of Veterans Benefits
Bilingual marketing experience
Demonstrated knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOB's)
Customer service experience highly desired
Adeptness in Dental Benefits
Vision Benefits experience highly preferred
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
Proven computer skills
Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
- Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
