Description

The Bookkeeper will play a key role in maintaining the financial records of the company, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements.
Process invoicing and handle incoming payments.
Prepare and complete tax forms and submissions.
Implement and maintain financial and administrative procedures.
Collaborate with the management team to better understand and relay company financials.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping.
Proficiency in accounting software and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Solid understanding of accounting principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous with strong analytical skills.
Experience within a tech firm preferred, but not essential.
