Description
We are partnering with a reputable non-profit organization seeking a detail-oriented Budget Analyst. This role is essential for supporting the billing department by analyzing billing data, creating dashboards and reports, and providing critical insights to the management team for informed budget decisions. The position is contract or contract-to-hire, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health of a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
Create informative dashboards and reports to present findings to the management team.
Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Provide insights and recommendations to support budget planning and decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Requirements
Previous experience in budget analysis or financial analysis, preferably within a non-profit environment.
Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and reporting software.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
