The Customer Service Representative will handle the following:
Answering incoming chats, tickets, and calls from customers
Ask appropriate questions to address customer inquiries
Navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
Work closely with Project Coordinators and Project Managers to resolve customer inquiries in one call
Excellent Customer Service Skills including phone and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency in MS Word , Excel and Outlook
Great communication skills . Strong Written and Verbal
At least 1 year of customer service experience in non-retail environment
