OfficeTeam is looking for an Customer Service Representative to assist with a short term assignment.

Requirements

This person will be responsible for:

  • Answering phones, listening to customers both positive and negative feedback and routing the call appropriately

  • Sorting and filing documents

  • Auditing and drafting letters

  • Assisting with correspondence (both written and verbal)

  • Printing out documents

  • Making shipments
