Description
We are on the lookout for a motivated, empathetic Customer Service Representative to enhance our client's customers' experiences. Your primary role will be to assist our clients by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems, and processing orders and requests.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls from customers.
Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Process customer orders and requests timely and accurately.
Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport.
Work with the team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience, especially in a call center, will be a plus.
Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry, as well as for rapid navigation through systems and the internet to resolve customer queries.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Capable of handling stressful situations appropriately.
Ability to work in a team and have a solution-focused attitude.
