This San Diego, California Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available for a short-term temporary opportunity.

Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion.

  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence.

  • Handle incoming telephone calls.

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods.

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills.

    • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT! Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly.
  • Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment.

  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism.

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers.

  • Strong familiarity with patient registrar.

  • Training materials experience preferred.

  • Conference room setup & cleanup experience.

  • Customer service and office administrative skills.

    Requirements

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills including phone and interpersonal skills

  • Computer proficiency in MS Word , Excel and Outlook

  • Great communication skills . Strong Written and Verbal

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in non-retail environment
