Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic demeanor, and a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and improve service processes.

  • Feedback: Collect and provide feedback from customers to help improve products, services, and customer experience.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
