Description
Our client, a rapidly growing company within San Diego, CA is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a meticulous individual to support data management processes and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into databases and systems.
Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain detailed and organized records of data entry activities.
Assist in generating reports and extracting data for analysis.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
Perform data quality checks and identify discrepancies or errors.
Follow data entry guidelines and procedures to maintain data security.
Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
