The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive support and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents

  • Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering arrangements

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department

  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems

  • Assist with the preparation and management of budgets, invoices, and expense reports

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory levels are maintained

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors

  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports

  • Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
