Description

Our client, a respected entity in the field of education, is seeking an organized and efficient Executive Assistant to join their team in San Diego, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can manage complex administrative responsibilities in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to school executives and leadership teams.

  • Manage and prioritize executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal time management.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.

  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings and special events, including preparing materials and overseeing logistics.

  • Respond to phone calls, inquiries, and administrative concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain organized and confidential digital and physical record systems.

  • Manage and track budget and expenditure related to office supplies, including procurement and vendor relations.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments within the organization.

  • Contribute to team efforts as a proactive problem-solver and decision-maker.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in business administration or relevant discipline preferred.

  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, preferably within the education sector.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and discretion.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information.
