Summary Requisites

• Live within commute to Downtown San Diego (role is 100% onsite)

• 5+ years Family Law Paralegal experience

• Passion for Family Law and helping clients through difficult times

What you get to do every day as Family Law Paralegal:

• Support managing attorneys with a caseload of 20+ matters, where this role has ownership of all facets of Family Law Legal Support.

  • Study, analyze and review complex legal documents

  • Data base management of all relevant documents

  • Manual court calendaring and file organization

  • Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy workload

  • Provide support to attorney through all phases

  Requirements

This Family Law Paralegal position is looking for:

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Being savvy with word processing and spreadsheets is favorable

• Family Law Firm experience

• Experience with Discovery

• Draft Pleadings experience preferred

• Adeptness in Discovery Responses

• General familiarity with e-discovery

• Demonstrated knowledge of Discovery Requests

• Comprehensive knowledge of family law

• Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
