Robert Half File Clerk in San Diego, California


Robert Half is seeking a File Clerk to support one of their clients with a large filing project! If you are incredibly organized, pride yourself on creating structure and cohesiveness, this position will be a great fit!

In this File Clerk position, you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing files

  • Sorting company documents

  • Alphabetizing documents

  • Labeling files

  • Digitizing any documents missing from database

  • Seeking out missing physical files as needed

  • Boxing file boxes and transporting to storage


Requirements of this file clerk role:

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Sensitivity to confidential documents

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 lbs

This is a contract position - therefore only suitable for unemployed candidates who are located in San Diego.
