Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our client's team. The ideal candidate for the File Clerk role will possess a strong sense of order and organization. As File Clerk, you will manage our company’s files in both physical and digital formats, keeping our operations streamlined and our records in order and up to date.
Job Responsibilities:
File documents and records in both physical and electronic systems.
Retrieve necessary documents from files as needed.
Create new entries and sub-folders to organize files.
Use document scanners to digitize physical records.
Catalog and inventory records for easy location and retrieval.
Handle confidential and sensitive information according to company policies
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in data entry or file management preferred.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly.
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
