Job Description:
Robert Half is partnering with a reputable company in the property management industry seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Coordinator. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, offering excellent customer service, and supporting the daily administrative tasks of the office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with a passion for providing top-tier service to both tenants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and contractors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and property tours for tenants and prospective clients.
Assist with tenant communications, including distributing notices and handling tenant inquiries.
Process mail, packages, and deliveries for the property.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records.
Support property management staff with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
Coordinate maintenance requests and track work orders, ensuring timely follow-up.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the property.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably within property management or a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, contractors, and team members.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
Professional appearance and a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of property management software is a plus, but not required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
