Description Robert Half, on behalf of our esteemed client, is currently seeking highly organized and committed candidates for an HR Coordinator position based in San Diego, CA. An ideal candidate is someone who possesses superb communication skills, an understanding of HR procedures, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Assist in all HR-related operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Scheduling and organizing interviews, meetings, and other HR events. Maintaining employee records and HR documentation accurately. Participating in decision-making processes, regularly providing suggestions for process improvements. Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR coordinator or similar role in Human Resources. Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle data with confidentiality. BA in Human Resources or related field; HR certification would be a plus.
