We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a passion for HR, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
Assist with administering employee benefits programs and handling inquiries related to benefits
Support the performance management process, including tracking evaluations and training sessions
Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in an HR administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
