Description
Our client is a leading organization committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment. They are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join their team. This role is essential in managing day-to-day HR operations and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, troubleshooting issues, and communicating updates to employees.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and conducting surveys.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely resolution of any payroll discrepancies.
Partner with leadership to implement strategies that support organizational goals and workforce development.
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Attributes: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively.
