Description

The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our HR operations align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Administer compensation plans and benefits programs.

  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management and employee relations.

    Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
