Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, including setting standards and objectives for performance, recruiting and managing company talent, fostering a positive working environment and ensuring our HR procedures are in compliance with legal regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals.
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new staff.
Conduct employee performance reviews.
Develop and oversee training and development programs.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with all laws and regulations.
Manage workplace conflicts and assist in creating procedures for dispute resolution.
Support the management team in fostering a healthy workplace environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.
Good knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
Experience in project management; HR certification will be a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
