Robert Half Office Coordinator in San Diego, California
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to step up to the plate to be the main point of contact for everything administrative for a well-known organization in San Diego, California.
In this position, you will be tasked with:
Managing the reception area by greeting guests and vendors, and answering phone calls
Ordering and stocking supplies
Processing and sorting mail for every department of the company
Tracking and filing all incoming checks
Assisting with any basic office equipment needs and ordering any necessary equipment for employees, gift cards, or fulfilling any other requests
Performing data entry
Taking notes during meetings, and organizing the email inbox of the Executive Director
Performing other administrative duties as requested.
2+ years of experience in an Administrative Coordinator, Office Coordinator, or Office Manager position
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 - especially Teams and PowerPoint
Calendar management experience
A self-starter with outstanding problem-solving skills
Excellent with time management and prioritization
Customer service forward
Attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills
