Description
Our client is a leading player in the technology industry, innovating the future with cutting-edge solutions. Their robust team in San Diego is currently seeking a diligent and organized Project Coordinator to aid with their ambitious projects.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining project efficiency by planning and coordinating project activities. Your realm will include organizing tasks, managing schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are executed smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.
Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and communication for project-related working groups and committees.
Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and report pertinent updates to project team and relevant stakeholders.
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or related field.
Proven success in a project coordination role within a tech-based environment.
Solid understanding of project management principles.
Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
Exceptional multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage.
