We are in search of a stellar Project Manager who is results-oriented, has prior experience in project management / coordination, and highly organized to support the administrative department and COO of a large non-profit organization.

This Project Manager position is perfect for candidates with prior administrative background in nonprofit, project management, finance or accounting, and looking to gain exposure and experience in a more senior level administrative role.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Ensure project resources are planned, committed, and communicated. Resolves conflicts and obtains cross-functional team buy-in and ownership to meet the objectives.

• Build team ownership and commitment to project plans and integrate cross-functional teams to ensure growth and collaboration.

• Facilitate the success of the team in multiple phases from research and early ideation to product development through to launch.

• Leverage knowledge and quality system use in project or product creation and continued compliance.

• Actively apply best practices pertinent to designated project tasks and phases to ensure functional excellence of the team and delivery of solutions. Implement improvements on an as needed basis.

• Drive efforts to ensure cross-functional groups and systems effectiveness.

• Additional administrative duties such as data entry, report generation, and organizing internal documents.

  Requirements

• A minimum of four years of experience in project management

• Experience with lender or investor organizations can be substituted for partial experience.

• Experience with development and/or finance of project management

• The position requires working at different sites and in areas at varying degrees of distance and may require travel by car, air and train anywhere in California or the western United States as required by project assigned

• Asana experience or any experience in another project management software is highly desired

• Demonstrated knowledge of Document Management

• Prior experience utilizing Canva to create marketing materials
