Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Assistant to support our client's property management team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and management of various properties within our client’s portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  • Assist with tenant communications, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and disseminating important information.

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution, liaising with maintenance staff and contractors as needed.

  • Maintain and update property records, including lease agreements, tenant information, and maintenance logs.

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial reports, budgets, and other documentation.

  • Support leasing activities, including showing units to prospective tenants and processing rental applications.

  • Help organize and manage tenant events, meetings, and other property-related activities.

  • Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

  • Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials and updating online property listings.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the property management team.



  • Previous experience in property management or a related administrative role is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
