Description Robert Half is currently supporting a valued client in their search for a part-time Receptionist in San Diego, CA. If you have excellent customer service skills, solid communication capabilities, and a welcoming personality, this may be the ideal role for you. Responsibilities: Delivering an excellent first impression to clients and guests by greeting and welcoming them. Managing inbound phone calls and routing them to the appropriate staff members. Coordinating mail flow, including sending and receiving packages. Scheduling appointments and updating calendars. Assisting with various office tasks as needed. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Able to manage time effectively and multitask.
