Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a positive attitude. This role requires someone who is organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.

  • Provide general information to visitors and callers about the company and its services.

  • Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Friendly and approachable personality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) is desirable.
