Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our people and organizational growth. The Senior HR Generalist will oversee critical HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead employee relations efforts, conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
Oversee benefits administration and provide guidance to employees on enrollment and plan options.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies.
Partner with leadership to drive performance management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.
Assist in the design and implementation of HR programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
Maintain HRIS records and generate reports for leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
Lead training and development programs to foster professional growth and organizational success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist or business partner capacity.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience handling complex employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
