Description
Our client, a prestigious organization in the Tech industry, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to their executive leadership team. This role is ideal for a polished professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-level environment. The Senior Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to the executive team, managing complex schedules, coordinating critical initiatives, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet individual who can handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level support to senior leaders, including managing schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for executives, ensuring efficient communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Plan and organize meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Coordinate special projects, events, and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives.
Oversee expense reporting and budget tracking for the executive team.
Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address potential issues to ensure their productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting senior executives.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
A proactive mindset with a focus on anticipating needs and streamlining processes.
