Description

Provide daily guidance to stakeholders on allocated projects.

Draft, generate, negotiate, interpret, and manage complex contract documents for allocated suppliers.

Ensure contracts reflect business objectives and comply with internal and external schedules.

Conduct analysis and prepare reports to ensure contract compliance with negotiated parameters and company policies.

Negotiate contracts with stakeholders to achieve favorable business terms.

Review contractual terms and conditions, assessing risk and impact.

Utilize legal resources and subject matter experts to address all levels of risk through contract terms.

Brief management and other functional areas on contract status, risk mitigation, and contingency plans.

Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and quality improvement, proposing tool or process enhancements.

Track and report key functional metrics.

Represent the organization on legal issues related to allocated contracts.

Maintain legal records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience; OR

Advanced Degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience; OR

In the absence of a degree, 10 years of experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate or Advanced Degree in Business Administration.
