What you get to do every single day

  • Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Field and send out send written business correspondence

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

    • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

  • Expertise in customer service

  • Practical knowledge of Call Center Metrics

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Motivational Interviewing

  • Adeptness in Annual Enrollment

  • Fast Paced Call Center experience highly valued

  • Background working with Communication Skills

  • Call center experience

  • Foundational knowledge in Inbound Outbound Calls

  • General familiarity with Quota Achievement

  • Call Center Metrics experience highly preferred

  • Earlier work involving Build Strong Relationships

  • Experience with Spanish Language

  • Good understanding of Superior Customer Service

  • Previous experience working with Salesforce.com

  • Call Center Customer Service experience

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills

  • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • Customer service and office administrative skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
