Company: Our client is a fast growing Wealth Management Firm, located in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering individuals and families access to a comprehensive suite of family office services, deeply personalized wealth management, investment advisory, planning and other services. Since the firms inception in 2017, the firm has grown to nearly $14B AUM.

The Role:

  • Manage client relationships on multi-custodial platforms

  • Serve as a primary lead for client onboarding, investment implementation, and private banking services

  • Create and implement customized onboarding experience for high net-worth clients

  • Implement new investment strategies and hire managers as directed by advisor

  • Prepare client subscription and redemption documents related to alternative investments

  • Manage client billing (assign attributes, start/end dates, raising cash)

  • Assist with client inquiries regarding inflow and outflows

  • Establish new accounts including 529's and lines of credit/margin,

  • Manage client donor advised/charitable distributions

  • Attend quarterly client portfolio review meetings as needed (FO)

  • Manage tax document facilitation with client CPA’s (FO)

    Requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent industry experience

  • 5+ plus years’ financial services experience working with ultra-high net worth clients

  • Knowledge of Fidelity and Schwab custodial platforms a plus

  • Think strategically and operate independently

  • Quickly and efficiently process and absorb information

  • Strong attention to detail to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task

  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, peers, CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals

  • Proactively approach problem solving with strong decision-making capability

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
