Description Available for an immediate hire, Robert Half is searching for a skilled, eager, and strong candidate to fill the role of an Accounting Manager for an expanding, influential company. In this position, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, including maintaining the general ledger system, preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. Preferably, you should be able to establish and scale company accounting and finance operations. Work closely with FP& A and accounting management to create relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook
Assist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes
Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration
Possess a working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Lead and encourage the full accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure deadlines are met
Review and analyze balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant
Organize a variety of technical accounting analyses, procedures, and policies Requirements - Consolidated Financial Statements experience
Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
Recent relevant financial experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
Demonstrated technology and analytical abilities
Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
