As an Analytics Associate, you'll assist the Director with investment valuations, portfolio analytics, investor reporting, and ad hoc projects in US real estate. Collaborate across departments, showcasing strong financial analysis skills and attention to detail to drive your growth within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and evaluate investment and accounting data for portfolio/fund analytics.

  • Assist in preparing valuation and returns materials for committee review.

  • Coordinate quarterly reporting and meet deadlines across teams.

  • Support strategy, portfolio analytics, and investment projects.

  • Collaborate on investor relations and fundraising initiatives.

  • Ensure accuracy of asset-level track record data.

  • Aid in internal and external reporting and audits.

  • Manage annual property budgeting and monitor deadlines.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or Economics.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate, Investment Banking, or Finance.

  • Strong financial modeling skills; knowledge of real estate accounting and financial analysis is beneficial.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in valuations, financial frameworks, and economics.

  • Efficient with numbers and deliverables, adept at managing priorities.

  • Strong critical thinking, logical reasoning, and evidence-based argumentation.

  • Effective as both an independent contributor and team player.

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Argus preferred.
