Specializing in operational due diligence, financial statements, shadow accounting, tax returns, cash reconciliation, and investor relations, they offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate audit communication and financial reporting for hedge funds, fund of funds, venture capital, and private equity clients.

  • Assist with client inquiries on capital accounts, subscriptions, redemptions, and audit confirmations.

  • Manage communications with investment managers and prime brokers, ensuring timely responses and deliverable quality.

  • Oversee reconciliation of investment transactions and lead new fund setups in systems like Advent Geneva.

  • Review financial packages, resolve accounting issues, and coordinate Cash Management and AML procedures.

  • Support Managing Directors, manage staff schedules, provide coaching, and oversee process improvements and technology projects.

    Requirements

  • Over 8 years of experience in Fund Administration Accounting, compliance, US taxation, and related business activities.

  • Held managerial roles for 5 to 7 years.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.

  • CPA, CFA, CAIA certifications are a plus.

  • Strong skills in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and tax.

  • Proven ability to build business relationships.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in advanced MS Excel and other computer applications.
