Our client is a San Francisco based holistic wealth management firm that focuses on long term financial planning for their clients futures.
They have an aggressive growth plan and are building out their team.
Responsibilities:
Assist two lead advisors who are approachable, cooperative, and focused on education.
Act as the main contact for all client interactions.
Work closely with the Lead Advisor to provide prompt and thorough responses.
Track task progress and ensure follow-up on pending items.
Proactively handle and resolve any client issues or concerns.
Develop a deep understanding of client expectations and preferences to effectively represent their interests.
Work with internal teams to enhance client service procedures and workflows.
Oversee client relationships, including preparing materials for meetings and offering required support.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the financial services sector.
Must possess at least one of the following credentials: Series 65, CFA, CFP, or CPA.
Candidates without a CFP should plan to take the exam within the first two years.
Experience with financial tools like Redtail, Orion, eMoney, Morningstar, GoToMeeting, and iRebal is advantageous.
Knowledge of Schwab custodial services is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Highly trustworthy, capable of managing confidential information.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
Assertive and dynamic, with a professional presence.
Self-driven and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Collaborative, ready to support team members at all organizational levels.
Professional conduct in business conferences and client interactions.
