•Accurately and proactively transcribe fax authorizations to create eligibility files
•Verify each fax authorization has an eligibility file
•Call health plans to obtain authorizations for member care
•Accurately enter authorization into member’s electronic care record
•Submit appointments for clinical billing via our electronic health record system
•Meet w/ clinical operations team weekly to check in on progress, support, and collaboration
•This is a remote position!
•40 hour/wk temp for 4 weeks
•Strong tech savviness and quick-learner of various applications
•Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to attend to details
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Self-directed & motivated
