Robert Half Benefits Specialist in SAN FRANCISCO, California

Description Experience: •3+ years of experience with CA Benefits, Leaves, COBRA, Worker’s Comp, Retirement Packages, ACA •Employee Facing: will be the sole Benefits person who will explain benefits to employees and answer questions. The ideal is the candidate who has worked with Bay Area employees •Will coordinate and work alongside Payroll regarding Benefits related HR functions •Manage relationships with Benefits Broker, Vendors, and FP for existing benefits packages. Nice to have: experience with various Brokers and can make recommendations •Experience managing the annual open enrollment process •Can assess the current status of the existing Benefits plan and make recommendations

Software: •Microsoft Suite •ADP •LinkedIn Benefits Specialist
