Robert Half Billing Coordinator in San Francisco, California

Description

Tejay Segundino at Robert Half is in search for a Billing Coordinator. The Billing Coordinator’s tasks will vary depending on the firm’s needs and the candidate’s own skills and aptitude, but day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

· Enter time and expenses into firm’s billing system

· Generate prebills and make partner edits

· Send invoices/payment reminders to clients and follow up through resolution

· Generate billing and payment reports

· Track and communicate client payment plans and billing arrangements

· Apply payments per client remittance

· Manage & track incoming payments, and provide updates to management

· Manage account statuses via tracking tools – including updating the invoice tracker

· Work with the Finance team to meet any other firm finance and accounting needs

Requirements

The successful candidate has earned their BA/BS in accounting, with 1-3 years in a similar or related role; strong academic credentials; and will excel in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and dedicated work ethic.
