Robert Half Billing Coordinator in San Francisco, California
Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Billing Coordinator to be part of our team in the construction and contracting industry located in San Francisco, California. Well established San Francisco mechanical contracting company is looking for a Billing Coordinator with the ability to multi-task within a busy office environment.
Main responsibilities include:
Organize monthly billing cycle - prepare invoices and lien releases, review SOVs, create Excel spreadsheets and maintain monthly billing sheets
Maintain current billing on a variety of billing portals
Assist project managers with monthly invoices
Research and reconcile A/R payments
Resolve and follow up A/R queries
Provide joint phone support throughout the day
Additional responsibilities include:
General clerical duties – filing, mailing, copying, faxing
Willingness to provide support as needed
Special projects that may arise
Requirements
Key requirements and skills:
Ability to handle confidential information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Meet multiple monthly deadlines
Maintain a steady, organized work flow
Ability to interact with employees at all levels
Strong communication skills
Prior bookkeeping experience
Excel proficiency
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Foundation construction software and Textura payment system is helpful
