Robert Half Business Immigration Analyst in San Francisco, California

Description We are in search of a Business Immigration Analyst to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you'll be tasked with supporting our business operations by managing and processing client applications, maintaining accurate records, and drafting legal documents. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and compile data related to client applications and petitions

• Maintain and update confidential client contact information on a regular basis

• Draft client correspondence including emails and letters

• Assist in the compilation and summarization of case statuses and reports

• Draft legal documents detailing client eligibility

• Use data entry skills to maintain and update client records

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and report generation

• Employ knowledge of visas and visa petitions in processing client applications

• Apply understanding of employment-based immigration laws and regulations in daily tasks

• Use skills in Political Science and Criminal Justice to interpret and apply immigration laws and regulations. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry tasks, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• A background in Political Science, with a solid understanding of global political dynamics.

• Knowledge and understanding of Criminal Justice, preferably with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets, using advanced formulas, and data analysis.

• Experience with visa applications and visa petitions, with a focus on employment-based immigration.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

• Strong research skills to stay updated on immigration laws and regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.

• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
