Robert Half Concur Invoice and Expense Associate in San Francisco, California

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Treasury Analyst role based in San Francisco, California. As part of our team, the successful candidate will be tasked with handling specific responsibilities pertaining to managing Concur invoice and expense reports. This role is essential in bridging gaps during periods of absence in our team.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing Concur invoice and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ensuring compliance of expense reports with company policies and guidelines.

• Monitoring and reconciling discrepancies in expense reports.

• Liaising with relevant departments for the resolution of invoice and expense report issues.

• Providing training and support to team members on Concur Expense software as required.

• Maintaining accurate records of all Concur-related transactions.

• Assisting in the development and implementation of processes to improve the efficiency of the expense reporting system.

• Collaborating with the team to cover absences and ensure seamless operations.

• Regularly updating knowledge on Concur Expense and other related systems.

• Providing insights and suggestions based on Concur Expense data analysis to improve financial management. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Proven experience in a Treasury Analyst role or similar.

• Proficiency in using Concur Expense software is a must.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, banking, and financial data analysis.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.

• Ability to interpret financial reports and data.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Knowledge of treasury software expertise a plus.

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.

• Understanding of local, state, and federal tax compliance regulations.

• Experience with financial forecasting and risk analysis.

• Familiarity with treasury management systems and procedures.

• Knowledge of cash management principles and accounts payable procedures.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
