An established and growing startup with an amazing tech culture is hiring a Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-sufficient, and skilled. They will be working under the general counsel to draft, manage, and negotiate technology contracts. They will be maintaining vendor and subcontract agreements, drafting contracts, and managing and renegotiating contracts. This opportunity is long-term and temporary. Work with contract models and arrange them; receive signatures on contracts
Revamp and control the repositories of contracts
Database coordination and maintenance of contracts
Evaluates and draws up legal agreements (vendor agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements)
Create contractual provisions and manage proposals for contracts
Classification of internal and external applications for the status of contracts
Guide the complete life cycle of contracts of the Business (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)
The settlement and outsourcing of contracts
Support the sales and commercial lawyers within the legal team
Managing and negotiating NDAs on paper for companies and third parties
Manage and discuss regular orders for insertion
Coordinate and oversee the application and modification of Data Protection Agreements
Building procedures and instruments for legal departments
Partnership with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: engineering, product, management, finance, and sales, to prioritize and strengthen key processes
Would be a bonus if proficient in Jira, Salesforce, and Ironclad
Capable of working efficiently and cross-functionally, of thinking practically, and of being solution-oriented
Competent technical skills as well as databases and customer database systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
Command of Arrangements for non-disclosure
Solid knowledge of industrial contracts
Capable of performing several projects, operating well under pressure, and having the flexibility to help the team fulfill customer demands on accelerated schedules.
Skilled in working through departments cross-functionally and winning favor from key decision-makers
Bachelor's Degree Degree
Comfortable with non-disclosure agreements analysis and drafting; preferably, software assessment and licensing agreements
The perfect candidate with excellent analytical, quantitative and social skills would be highly qualified.
