Robert Half International Contracts Manager in San Francisco, California


Robert Half Legal has an employment opportunity for a Contracts Manager. This will be a fulfilling and fruitful role. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for vendor and subcontracts agreement, draft contracts, and manage and re-negotiate contracts as needed. Can be done mostly remote, with the exception of being in office (located in SF) a few days a month.

What you get to do every day

  • service contracts database

  • Put together contractual provisions and administer contract proposals

  • Design and organize contract templates; obtain signatures on contracts

  • Upgrade and manage contract repositories

  • Oversee the complete life cycle of the Company's contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)

  • Review and draft legal agreements (vendor agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements)

  • Answer internal and external requests on status of contracts

  • Inspect and outsource contracts


  • Contracts experience

  • Negotiating Contracts

  • Command of Drafting Contracts

  • Provide a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment

  • You will take the lead on reviewing and drafting non-disclosure agreements, such as software evaluation and licensing agreements

  • Proficient with strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

    • Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
